As part of our commitment to offering quality education, at University College Alberta Giménez we conduct satisfaction surveys among our students, regarding the training received and the academic staff, the quality of the services provided at the college and placements, among other aspects
Satisfaction surveys
- Student satisfaction
This survey demonstrates the overall satisfaction level felt by students. The survey covers the following areas, among others: how well the course functions; coordination of subjects; quality of academic staff; assessment criteria; tutorials; access to teaching, administration and service personnel, and management teams; and satisfaction with services. - Satisfaction with teachers and subject areas
This is a survey which is carried out with regard to all the academic staff who teach as part of the course at the end of their involvement in the teaching. It evaluates the students’ opinion of teachers’ knowledge and their teaching and personal skills. - Satisfaction with their tutor
This survey shows the level of students’ satisfaction with tutors. It evaluates availability, monitoring, resolution of conflicts, information and guidance, etc. - Satisfaction with external placements
One of the distinctive characteristics of Comillas Pontifical University is our focus on placements during our courses and programmes, with the aim of equipping our students with the necessary skills to successfully meet the demands of their chosen profession. - Teacher satisfaction
This survey shows the general level of teacher satisfaction. It evaluates the curricula; student tutoring, assessment and guidance systems; the facilities and resources available to academic staff; the University’s policy on research activities, teaching and innovation; and general services.
